Our Ministries
God calls us to participate in Christian community in many ways—sometimes in service, sometimes in study, sometimes in fellowship, and often in a mix of two or more.
Mission
We believe in serving others. In addition to the many non-profits our members volunteer with and support, the church supports Family Promise and Love, INC, participates in the Gallatin Valley Interfaith Association, and is strongly involved in many efforts.
College Students
LCM – Lutheran, Presbyterian and United Methodist campus ministries have joined together. We are LCM. Loved. Called. Moved. Doing these things in partnership together!
We are committed to serving college-aged students and strongly support the student-led campus ministry, LCM. Rooted in God's grace, LCM campus ministry provides a space for students to explore faith, engage in service, and encounter Christ's dynamic presence in community. Come join us!
Children/Youth
Kids are an important part of our church, and we value young people's participation in worship and service. A variety of groups meet regularly to study, create, serve, worship and enjoy each other.
Music
There is a strong tradition of celebrating God’s presence in our lives through music in all forms at First Presbyterian.
Fellowship
We enjoy each other’s company and often find ways to visit with each other outside of worship.
Study
We meet in small groups throughout the week to deepen our faith by exploring the Bible’s message.
Rockhaven
We love the outdoors and are proud of Rockhaven, our camp and retreat center on the banks of the Gallatin River south of Bozeman.
Leadership
We are a self-governed church and denomination. We gather in several bodies to lead our community consistent with our vision and our call as Christians.
How do you live your faith?
As a community we find personal ways to live our faith. Here are some of our ways in which we do this.
